Is there any cost to me?

What about the stones in my gold jewelry?
Removing stones is time consuming and risky, the stones can and often do, get damaged or destroyed. This is why we request you remove any stones that you may want to
keep BEFORE sending us your jewelry. We cannot/will not remove or return stones under any conditions. You may mail us your jewelry if it does have stones in it, but
understand that we cannot return any stones that are mailed to us.
Do you buy compensate me for the stones in my jewelry?
We have no market for selling diamonds and only buy large diamonds on occasion in our offices. We do not buy, pay or otherwise compensate for stones sent to you

What if I submit my items and then changed my mind or if I am unhappy with the settlement offered to me?
