NOTICE TO CRIMINALS: WE DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS WHICH WE PERCEIVE TO BE SUSPICIOUS, STOLEN
OR ITEMS THAT WE SUSPECT TO BE THE PROPERTY OF SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE SELLER. WE WILL
REPORT ALL SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES IMMEDIATELY ON
ARRIVAL IN OUR OFFICES. WE SUPPORT OUR LOCAL ANTI-CRIME INITIATIVE.

We fully comply with all Patriot Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies and regulations. Payments from our offices to you
will only be submitted via cash, company check, direct bank wire or via Paypal.

Terms and Conditions
North Carolina law requires that we see proof of identification from persons selling or attempting to sell items to us.
The terms and conditions referred below are legally binding on you as a user (and/or a customer and any third party, including, but not limited
to, the customer and the customer’s successors, assigns, insurance carriers or any other person or entity claiming any right or claim relating to
any transaction with Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector™) a customers of Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector’s website and/or as a
customer of Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector (“RGJ&CC”) and shall insure in the benefit of Raleigh Gold Jewelry and Coin Collector and
its successors and assigns.  The terms  “you “ and “your” refer to any person requesting or receiving a Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin
Collector™  Safe-Ship mailer or any person selling or attempting to sell precious metals or coins to Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector or
persons attempting, offering,  sending  or delivering  gold or silver coins, jewelry or any form of gold, silver, platinum or any other precious
metal  to Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector™ via RGJ&CC’s  website, RGJ&CC’s actually physical address or any other place where a
business transaction may occur between you and RGJ&CC.  The terms “our”, “we”, and “us” refer to Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector
and it successors and assigns. Requesting, accepting or using any services or products offered by Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector™
constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set forth below.  


Requirements for Use
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to request a mailing pack, sell or offer/attempt to sell gold jewelry, diamonds,
precious metals or any property whatsoever to RGJ&CC  or otherwise conduct business in any fashion with RGJ&CC.  You must be the actual
legal owner and represent and warrant that you are. You further agree that you are not acting on behalf of or as the agent or a representative of
another person for the purpose of conducting business of any sort with RGJ&CC.  You further agree and expressly represent that you possess
full ownership of every single item sent or delivered to RGJ&CC and that you have full legal and unencumbered title to the same. RGJ&CC
reserves the right and may, but is not obligated nor compelled to, request documentation, proof or other verification of these requirements at any
time.


Guaranty Against Loss/ Limitations of Liability
Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector will guarantee you against the loss of total contents of an officially issued RGJ&CC Safe-Ship mail pack
that you properly shipped to RGJ&CC in accordance with the procedures and instructions set forth on the RGJ&CC website and provided by
RGJ@CC subject to the following terms and conditions.
- In advance of Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector™ receipt of your item(s) Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector will bear no
responsibility for any item(s) while in transit, possession or custody of another party other than Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector, including
any delivery service, postal carrier, delivery agent, or customs authority.
- Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject delivery of any mail or package that appears
damaged, opened or tampered with. Any such rejected mail or package will be returned to you, and Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector will
have no liability in connection with any such attempted delivery or return of any Items. Accordingly, if you anticipate the value of your items to
be in excess of $500.00, you should send them to Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector via Postal Service or other selected shipping service
using the Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector Safe-Ship pack and insure your item against loss or damage in transit to Raleigh Gold Jewelry
& Coin Collector in the amount of the full appraised or anticipated value.

Our Purchase Policy
You are not obligated to sell your items prior to the completion of the sale.  If you agree and accept the settlement amount, you may choose any
one of three ways to receive your settlement funds, a Raleigh Gold Jewelry Buyer & Coin Collector™ company check, a PayPal® e-check, or
a bank wire transfer.  When registering, if you choose to receive a company check, one will be issued and sent to you immediately after
processing.  You are given 10 (ten) days from the date on the check to either accept the settlement amount and cash the check or decline the
settlement amount  and return the check to us.  To accept the settlement amount simply cash the check.  To decline the settlement offer you
must call us at (919) 280-5995 in addition to emailing us at   Returns@RaleighGoldJewelry.com.  After contacting us regarding your return
we will give you a unique return number and ask you to mail the settlement check back to us at the following address:

After you return the settlement check to us and it has been received, we mail promptly and securely mail your items back to you. Until you
return our settlement check to us, we cannot return your items.  When registering, if you chose immediate payment via PayPal or bank wire
transfer you accepted and agreed to the Terms & Conditions which included a voluntarily waiver of the return period.  This is simply because
once we have received items, have made a settlement offer on the items, have completed the process of transferring funds for the items and the
seller has received the transferred funds, we consider the items sold and the transaction complete.    

You Must Describe Your Items    
You agree to accurately describe and thoroughly catalog the items you send to us on the side of the Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin Collector™
label and bag which was sent to you at your request. Upon our receipt of the items you have sent us, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that
discrepancies exist between your written description of your items and the items we receive, or if no packing slip was included in the package,
we may suspend or terminate the transaction and notify you immediately. If  the event of this occurrence, we will return your items to you
within 3 business days at our cost by the shipping method of our choice, and you agree and accept that we will only be responsible for insuring
the value of your items up to $100.00. You further agree at no time and under no circumstances will Raleigh Gold Jewelry & Coin bear a
responsibility for loss in any form greater than the amount of $100.00


EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS RALEIGH GOLD JEWELRY & COIN
COLLECTOR WILL HAVE AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, WHETHER ARISING IN CONNECTION
WITH THE USE OF THE RALEIGHGOLDJEWELRY.COM WEBSITE(S), A SAFE SHIP PACK PROVIDED BY
RALEIGH GOLD JEWELRY & COIN COLLECTOR, THE LOSS OF ANY ITEMS, JEWELRY OR OTHER
PROPERTY, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, RALEIGH GOLD JEWELRY
& COIN COLLECTOR’S OWN ACTS OR OMISSIONS. RALEIGH GOLD JEWELRY & COIN COLLECTOR WILL
NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR OTHER
SIMILAR DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFIT OR OPPORTUNITY).
